Job Description
I am looking for a kind, patient and reliable PA / Support Worker to provide practical, day-to-day support to a neurodiverse lady.
Ideally, you will either be neurodivergent yourself or have experience supporting/caring for someone who is neurodivergent and understand that communication and processing can sometimes take a little longer.

Roles and Responsibilities
General day-to-day support
Admin tasks and paperwork
Help with organising appointments, information and tasks
Running errands
Helping with planning and organisation
Helping to find and arrange a gardener
Helping to find and arrange a cleaner
Providing a calm, reassuring presence when needed
Specific Requirements
Kind, patient and understanding
Reliable, trustworthy and respectful
Comfortable providing practical, ordinary day-to-day support
Ideally has some experience caring for or supporting another person
Understanding of neurodiversity and language-processing difficulties
Good listener who is happy to communicate clearly and give someone time to process information
A calm and approachable personality
Because of language-processing difficulties, clear speech and communication are particularly important. I would therefore prefer someone who doesn't have a strong accent, as this can sometimes make communication more difficult.
I would also prefer a non-smoker, or someone who is happy to smoke only outside.
